Juniors Ages 11-17
Coaching Programs for ages 11-18. This is the time where children’s growth spurt occurs. This is a major fitness development stage and so more time and energy is directed towards fitness training. Golf specific skills will be consolidated during training and competition time will reduce due to the onset of bone and muscle growth.
Junior Ages 10 & Under
Programs and lessons for children aged 4- 10. This is the beginning of a child’s sporting, athletic and active lifestyle. In a circuit fashion, children will learn fundamental movement skills and sports skills.
